You may cancel your order without providing any reason until it leaves our warehouse (usually 1-2 days after you order).
Contact us at (+1)725-777-5945 or support@mygeneratorplus.com as soon as possible. If you are too late, you may return the items later, however our 20% restocking fee will apply (and you'll be also responsible for the return shipping costs).
Shipping Process
When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email (kindly check all your email folders if you do not see it). We will start working on your order right away, the amount of time for order handling depends on when exactly you've placed your order (see the order cutoff time above).
Once dispatched, we will again notify you by email. Order transit is 4-13 days, depending on your location and other factors (whether it's a high shopping season, weather etc.).
Delayed Orders
If the maximum period of 15 days has passed (2 handling, 13 for transit) and your order still hasn't arrived, please wait for additional 3 days before contacting us at support@mygeneratorplus.com.
When you do reach out, we will help you find your package or find a different solution.
Damaged Packaging / Items
Please make sure to do a thorough inspection upon receiving your order (do not let the courrier rush you). If you notice any problems, please make a note of it while signing for delivery.
Then take photos or a video and send us the documentation to support@mygeneratorplus.com within 24 hours of receiving (so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf). Include your order number and a short explanation of what the issue is please.
